I wish I had taken photos of the food. I grew up in Franklin County and moved away 10 plus years ago. Anytime I come home to visit, I have to eat here. I live in Wilmington, NC and it’s full of awesome restaurants but none of them compare to the comfort, quality, serving size, and price points of Hemas. My fiancee loves it also, we are both foodies. It feels like I’m eating a family dinner. It is so comforting. The food is always delicious and generous in size. The menu is full of amazing options. And the cherry on the cake, a very kind gentleman who I’m guessing may be the manager or owner, drew a picture for our young daughter. This was so heart warming. Thank you Hemas!
I love this spot. Pizza very good and ridiculously affordable. I order extra crispy as normal way not quite to my liking, but A pizza! And I am within walking distance so I go there at least 3 times a week and try all their options on their vast menu. Not disappointed yet. Everything on point! Thank you Hema's for being awesome!

Excellent first time experience. The waiter was super sweet and drew a cartoon on the cup for my little boy that says “smile” :) The food was delicious and prices are great!

A local favorite for lunch and dinner. Reliable Italian food, with a few American and middle eastern dishes thrown in for variety. Fair prices and good service. The owners are a real part of Rocky Mount, sponsoring sports teams, donating food for events and randomly bringing a great food to offices as a "thank you". We are better with Hema's and Hema's is better if you dine there...so try the Stromboli or the Hema's Salad.
I have been here dozens and dozens of times. I keep coming back for the excellent Italian and American food with a surprising middle eastern flair in some dishes. The staff are always friendly and quickly assist in any way they can. Not to mention that the place is clean and prices are fair. I highly recommend their Egyptian flatbread, especially with garlic and cheese. Fantastic little treat! This is the BEST Italian restaurant I have been to.
Super impressed! I had never been here before despite hearing about it for years and it did not disappoint! Prices were very reasonable and the food selection was crazy impressive. We'll be back for sure!
